How to Share a Complaint

Donhosrestaurant Concrete wants each person who contacts the service to receive fair treatment. Please let us know if something went wrong. This page explains how to submit a complaint and how we handle it. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns You Can Send

You can contact us about:

• Your experience with our phone or message service
• How your personal details were handled
• Website information that seems unclear or wrong
• The behavior of a provider you reached through us

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. For a problem with work at your home, contact the provider first and keep written notes of that conversation.

Please also share the concern with us. Your feedback helps us hold the network accountable. Providers with repeated shortcomings may be removed. Donhosrestaurant Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return payments made to a provider or speak or act on the provider's behalf.

Details to Include

Send your complaint to contact@donhosrestaurant.quest with:

• Your name and contact details
• The date you contacted Donhosrestaurant Concrete or the provider
• The phone number or form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if known
• A brief account of the problem and the action you would like us to take

How We Handle Your Message

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will examine what happened and may contact the provider as part of that process. Our reply will explain our findings and any planned action.

Asking for Another Look

If the reply does not resolve your concern, respond and request another review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns involving a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
